KUNG HEI FAT CHOI: FORTUNATE BLESSINGS FOR THIS THE YEAR OF THE PIG
2019 sees the Pig taking over the reins in the leadership stakes of the cycle of the 12 Animals of the Chinese Zodiac, consequently we are all affected by his entrepreneurial skills and insatiable appetite. Of course this character is known for his greed and unjustlty we all assume this is referring to his calorific intake but that most certainly is not the case. The Pig naturally wants more, more knowledge, more education, more experience and more success. Ambition is his middle name so focus and commitment will bode well for everyone this year. This is a year for setting goals and, with dedication, reaching them.
To do this the Pig 100% needs to know where he stands and what he is dealing with as he is not prone to wasting his energy on time wasters wearing rose tinted spectacles. He needs to know exactly how it is, even when it hurts, as only then can he build on a solid foundation and ensure a more secure future. Truth and sincerity is therefore paramount in 2019. The Pig’s nose is happy to dig in the dirt to expose misdemeanours and improprieties so its a year of doting the i’s and crossing the t’s and reading the small print before committing to any major decisions and investments and of course to “keep your nose clean.”
In the Cycle of the 12 Animals of the Chinese Zodiac the Pig sits in position number 12. In fact he has been watching carefully as the energy has developed over the previous 11 years and hence understands very well the energy of his piers. For this reason most will benefit from the empathy and sympathetic ear of the Pig. However, it is the Snake that least identifies to what seems to him to be a weak character. Of course this is not the case as a Pig knows when to bite if need be so don’t be fooled. The best route for the Snake is to combine forces with people born in the year of the Monkey as together these two soon find themselves in favour and on the leader’s team with responsible roles.

In Feng Shui terms the Pig represents the Northwest of a property that in turn represents leadership. This area needs to be kept light and bright as a matter of respect, heavy objects, clutter, stale water and run down buildings need to be cleared away if your voice of authority is to be heard. This is particularly important in industry if a company is to stand any sort of chance of seeing an increase in profits for 2019.
